8 (2)Oftentimes, we tend to dislike Mondays because they seem to be filled with problems and overwhelm. And speaking of problems, I want to share a new perspective on how looking at your problems differently could literally change your life.
Most women do their best to avoid dealing with problems. Yet, when we are willing to face and work through our problems, we become conscious of what is now unconscious in us. We begin to see the unknown parts of our psyche that reside in our subconscious mind. We begin to see our beliefs, misinformation and defenses we carry that no longer serves us.
We also become aware of the divine side of our nature for at the root of every block lies a soul seeking expression. Our ultimate aim is to embrace and align the opposing forces within us, the good, the bad and the ugly, and bring them together in wholeness. This is transformation.
In reality, I don’t believe the bad and the ugly is an original part of us. They are what ww picked up along the way through the pains and wounds inflicted upon us by those who, no doubt, were wounded themselves. As a result we fragmented and hid the truth of who we were to protect ourselves.
So from a wider perspective, problems show up in our lives to offer us a path to growth. We can only get to the positive through the negative. Like it or not, pain gets our attention. If we want to be rid of the blocks, the problems and the pain, we must do the work that leads us to greater consciousness.
So there really is a blessing in our problems. And remember, all problems come bearing their own solutions. We simply have to go deeper to find them.  Yet, if we continue to deny and avoid them, the problems will keep coming and be more painful. Our lives change when we let go of resistance and fear and embrace meaning and purpose in every single situation. Even our problems. This is how we become whole. This is how we become Awakened!
